ANALYSIS OF EFFECTS OF LEAD AND IRON TREATMENT ON EARLY SEEDLING GROWTH OF ALBIZIA LEBBECK L. (BENTH.) AND EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS LABILL. IN VITRO STUDIES

Pollution by heavy metals in the environment is a worldwide problem. The aim of research study was to record effect lead (Pb) and iron (Fe) elements on early seedling growth Albizia lebbeck L. (Benth.) Eucalyptus globulus Labill. obtained results showed that higher level treatment present substrate had wide spectrum toxicity activity against seedlings performance A. E. as compared control lab conditions. Statistically analyzed data were reduced significantly (p<0.05) with increased concentrations Pb Fe 5 20 ppm (0 ppm). percentage tolerance index different lead. greater indices (61.19%) presence than treatments (50.39%). It also noted more (41.19%) (55.32%).
